Art. 1 – Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the website are subject to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. By using this site, the user accepts without reservation all the terms of use.

Art. 2 – Modification of Terms

The Firm reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. The changes will be effective from the moment they are published on the site. It is recommended to periodically check this page for any updates.

Art. 3 – Permitted Uses

The user is authorized to view, download, and print the materials on the site only for personal and non-commercial use, provided that:

no copyright or other relevant credits are removed or altered, the contents are not modified in any way, the material is not reproduced, distributed, or transmitted without our written permission or in accordance with these terms.

Art. 4 – Intellectual Property and Trademarks

All content on this site, including texts, images, logos, graphics, is the property of the Firm and is protected by copyright laws and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

All Firm trademarks, whether registered or unregistered, including the “CC” logo in use since 2009, are the exclusive property of the partners and/or Canella Camaiora S.t.A. and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Any unauthorized use of these trademarks or the logo, including reproduction, imitation, modification, or use in any form without the written permission of the Firm, is strictly prohibited and will be legally pursued. Unauthorized use of trademarks or the logo may be interpreted as unfair competition and conduct contrary to professional fairness principles.

Art. 5 – Permitted Reproduction of Articles and Insights

Articles and insights authored by the Firm’s professionals published on this site may be reproduced, including for commercial purposes, up to 15% of their totality, provided the source is clearly indicated.

In case of online reproduction, a link to the original article must be included.

Unauthorized reproduction or paraphrasing without indicating the source will be legally pursued.

Art. 6 – Prohibition of Reverse Engineering and Imitation

Reverse engineering activities of the Firm’s website, including but not limited to the structure, design, content, service titles, descriptions of areas, sectors, and cases handled, with the aim of imitating the site in whole or in part, are prohibited. Such activities may be interpreted as unfair competition and conduct contrary to professional fairness principles and will be legally pursued.

Art. 7 – Prohibited Reproduction of Events and Live Webinars

Recording of the Firm’s courses and webinars in any form, including but not limited to audio, video, or screenshots of slides presented during live sessions, is expressly prohibited. Content presented during webinars, including but not limited to texts, images, slides, and teaching materials, is protected by copyright laws and other intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized use of webinar content, including reproduction, distribution, transmission, or sharing – even free of charge – without the written permission of the Firm will be legally pursued.

The Firm protects the design and trademarks of its most well-known events and webinars, such as “Come difendere un’idea innovativa®”, “Il primo marchio non si scorda mai®”, “Il Diritto di Copiare®” and “Nomi che vendono®” and many others.

The Firm may adopt advanced technological measures to prevent unauthorized recording and dissemination of webinar and site content: these measures include but are not limited to digital rights management (DRM) software and other security technologies.

Violations of this clause will be prosecuted to the fullest extent permitted by law: users who violate these provisions may be subject to legal, civil, and criminal penalties, and to compensation for damages.

Art. 8 – Prohibition of Personal Data Scraping

The use of automated systems or software to extract personal data from the Firm’s website without authorization is prohibited, in accordance with the guidelines of the Italian Data Protection Authority and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679). Any violation will be legally pursued.

The quotes are always indicative until a direct comparison and formal confirmation of the quote bearing the signature of one of the Firm’s professionals. Requesting a quote does not imply subscription to any newsletter or other commercial communication unless the user has expressly requested it in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
