The course “Software and Web Platforms: incentives, development, and legal protection” gives you the opportunity to learn the legal rules governing the world of software and web platforms. In particular, practical guidelines – useful to both software houses and companies – will be provided for the management and development of software in the business environment.
The live Webinar will be held in Italian.
To provide answers to recurring questions related to the topic of intangible assets (patents, models, designs, software, databases, etc.), emblematic cases will be discussed. The event includes both the topic of legal protection and summary discussion of tax benefits arising from revaluation, patent box, calls, LLCs and innovative SMEs.
Software and Web Platforms: incentives, development and legal protection will be held as a Live Webinar on March 2 at 6 p.m. The course is free but seats are limited: reservations must be made.
The event will be held in Zoom meeting mode. We will provide you with instructions on how to participate with the registration confirmation. You are advised to log on to the event at least 15 minutes before the start to access the Zoom meeting with ease.
