Attending the Essential Course on Image Law (live webinar held in Italian), you will learn the legal regulations governing the world of photography and image rights. The course is open to all, free of charge and essential. It is designed to throw light on the subject of the circulation of images in the digital age. The course is rich in operational advice and practical tips.

The essential course on image law will be held in Italian as a Live Webinar on 26 January 2024 at 18.00.
The course is free of charge but places are limited: reservation is required. The event will take place in Zoom. We will provide you with instructions on how to participate upon confirmation of your registration. It is advisable to log on to the event at least 15 minutes before it starts, in order to access calmly the Zoom meeting.

Daniele Camaiora, Cassation lawyer of the Court of Milan. Master of Laws in Intellectual Property, course directed by the University of Turin and the WIPO Academy. Partner of the Canella Camaiora Law Firm, he mainly deals with Industrial and Intellectual Property litigation.
Arlo Canella, lawyer at the Court of Milan, Partner and Managing Director of the Canella Camaiora Law Firm. Graduated magna cum laude from the University “L. Bocconi” of Milan, he mainly deals with consultancy and assistance in Industrial and Intellectual Property cases. Former creator of “How to defend an innovative idea?”, a touring course-event on the rules of intellectual property, created in collaboration with the award-winning innovative start-up Proofy.
Valentina Panizza, graduated in Business and Economics for Arts and Culture from Bocconi University. She has worked for years as a management consultant for SMEs and startups. She is co-founder of Proofy® la registrazione per chi crea, a project awarded with the Seal of Excellence and with funding from the European Commission under “Open Disruptive Innovation” of phase 1 of the SME Instruments – H2020. In 2018 Valentina Panizza was selected by Gammadonna as one of the 30 best female entrepreneurs of the year.
Given the divulgative nature of the event, it does not entitle to receive credits to be used as proof of lawyers’ continuous professional education. Please note that the educational course is free of charge and that the request for the issue of a certificate of attendance is totally discretionary and optional.
